I'm aware of Schwabs arbitration
provision, But was advised by a
lawyer " in conversation " that
the line in the agreement is null,
because it violates a basic principal
of law. " One can't contract to
void the right of litigation "
and " One cannot make contracts
that are contrary to the law ".
If Schwab were to use the provision
The courts still have control.
And a true determination would be
made in a pre trial hearing where
a judge would decide if you have a
right to persue them in court.
Many individual and class action
suits have been brought against
Schwab and other brokerage houses.
