Joe and Kent,

I am hanging on to my FSII. I believe that better days are coming. I sure hope that the quarterly and year earnings, to be announced in October, will be better than presently predicted. If they are, the stock should really "fly". If not, then the stock will probably be a relative non-performer over the near term. Unless things really turn sour, I will keep my present shares for the long term. I've had the stock so long now that any gains will be long term. I need those to cover some long term losses already "on the books".

I am looking to invest in one or more of the companies I am presently following. I have been particularly interested in UTEK, SMTL, ASYT and WFR (MEMC). Trying to make up my mind is difficult. WFR looks good for the long term, but I can't see how it will move much in the short term. The last three quarters have been disasters for them. It may be awhile before they can recover and move forward. I would like to have something that has a higher probability of doing well in the near future. UTEK looks like it may be on the move. With a forward PE of 19, it looks like it has room to grow in the near term. Over the next few days I am trying to come to a decision.

Regards,

Don W.
