Kennedy gets off again... in more than one way. Is this another of those private thingys? William Kennedy Smith was accused by his former personal assistant of sexually assaulting her. Audra Soulias claims Smith bought her drinks while she was celebrating her birthday in January 1999. She alleged that after taking her to his Chicago home, he dragged her upstairs and assaulted her. A chicago judge has dismissed the case.
