LOL...so the list of failed states should include Syria, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, Palestine...ooops they don't have their state yet... Bush should have stayed the course in Afghanistan if terror was the target. While Bush pointed the finger at Clinton-Gore for Bosnia...his motivation was purely political...as we all know now that he was predispositioned to invade Iraq...pre 9-11.
