You do seem to hang out and commiserate with Bush apologists, so one could understand as to how such a mistake was made honestly.

Since I AM WRONG (without evidence and a first hand observation of being in the voting booth with you) and I MADE A MISTAKE, I hereby retract my position that you are a Republican. Now, was there anything else? Splish-splash?

Considering that you apparently have all the facts about the Kennedy Smith case, are a key witness, having seen the deed, not to mention being on the jury that found him guilty, have you started the process for Judicial Misconduct in the aforementioned case? Seems clear cut to me as matter of conscience you should quit your day job - I would - having seen such an egregious act of misconduct.

If you have MADE A MISTAKE or ARE WRONG, perhaps you should withhold judgment on his guilt and say you went off half-cocked. Publicly would be good. Till then...
