I have registered Dem before but not Repub... yet. "If you have MADE A MISTAKE or ARE WRONG, perhaps you should withhold judgment on his guilt and say you went off half-cocked." I have no problem selecting my own termonology. Once again you have gone over my head with that comment. I did not judge his guilt or innocence. I posted the accusation made by the only eye witness and that he got off when the case was dismissed after 5+ years of litigation. Beyond that one can only speculate ... as you did (harassment not assault). I neither judged him to be guilty of assault nor acted as his apologist by describing it as horse play, or a non-event, or something. Did I misunderstand or were you meaning to apologize for that error? Whatever, I have not judged him to be guilty and have no particular reason to believe the woman was lying. He got off and the case was dismissed, and that is what I posted.
