My guess is the big "mandate" fizzles in legislative failures this year and Shrub drifts for three more years with no particular agenda in mind to enact. The only real excitement will be who replaces Cheney as VP in 2006 or 2007 so they are the annointed candidate for the Republican nomination in 2008. My guess, Guiliani or McCain have it wired. Take the guesses for that they are worth, LOL.
