A less affluent area of Columbus where voters miss voting at more elections and may only come out in a hotly contested election, like Bush-Kerry, are punished with fewer machines.

So, poor people are made to wait longer? Like, 7 hours?

And we are spending $6B/month to bring democracy to Iraq? No wonder the insurgents don't believe a word of what we say!
