US is a 200 year old democracy, while Ukraine was not even an independent country 15 years ago. That's why. India, which is a 50-year old democracy, conducts its elections far better than does the US (never heard of a 7 HOUR wait anywhere in India; and the turnout in India is usually 60 to 70 percent or even higher). So maybe you are right! ;-)
