The DJI, S&P 100, S&P 500, Philidelphia Semiconductor Index (SOX), MSFT, CSCO, and INTC are all trading at or very near major levels of support. Watch Tuesday and Wednesday for signs of a turn-around. INTC and MSFT may have already hit their low points, but I would wait for conformation. If things do turn up, the next major test will be their old highs. If prices bounce back from those, I would be prepared for prices to fall below the current prices.
