So basically if either Xyotax or pix gets approved before Jan 1, 2007, Bianco picks up stock that would then be worth $3m or more. (I figure the stock would be worth $15 or more if either of these get approved). I guess that's called pay for perfomance. I suppose it's better than just straight restricted stock with no performance feature. Under the new FAS 123R this sort of grant no longer produces variable accounting - that's why we'll start to see more like it now. Peter
