there is a bill being presented in congress by reps from calf. to update soc sec card with picture and in plastic .. the number would be disguised in code that a scanner can read. rep states it is not intended as a national i.d. card. g He may be proposing it to stop identity thief.. or maybe to capture more illegals coming into calf from mexico?
