WMDs in sadaams hands was actionable cause. Everyone except Maurice and Scott Ritter believe saddam had wmds. None of us are really sure if those weapons didnt wind up in syria. And then as NC always points out, his desire to recostitute after sanctions faded away was even a worse threat. Thats reasonable cause if the assumptions are correct. Of course with the rear view mirror no action ever taken cant be criticised. Mike
