Admins (level 100) have the "Ban" link on every message, and the "unban" links on the banee lists. On every thread, moderated and non-moderated.

That's undoubtedly the reason I've had at least a half a dozen users ask me how much a level 100 subscription costs.

The answer is... about 80 hours a week. :-)
