hmmmm, let me posit something. I think there is a scoop here and I mean it. Think about it. The President of the company is in HOCK for $3.6m to his employer and it is secured by the stock he owns. Now this is where I see a conflict. He just can't have this stock go down. He NEEDS this stock higher. So don't you think this guy may have some incentive to make things look just a little better than they are? Maybe he has a disincentive to do what is necessary (like restructure the company) because doing so might send the stock lower. This is one to WATCH folks!
