I doubt that I have been 'guilty' of some of things you mention in your post, Count, and although I am bearish re: PRST for any number of reason which have been reiterated ad nauseum on this board, just as the Bulls' positions have been, I fail to see how you can justifiably call me a hypocrite, which you did, simply because I posted a note that expressed a certain dismay at 'Nanny's' war-like diatribe again Pierre. For the record: any and all frivilous, trivial, nuisance-suits are deplorable, whether they come from a PRST Bull, a PRST Bear, a woman who scalded herself because her coffee was too hot,
or any other interest groups which deems itself special, priveldged and so precious that it feels it must take psuedo-shelter by fleeing to lawyers once it feels it has been violated. This is a mean old world which is not always pleasant and it's big enough so that there are lots of things that can wrong in it, but it seems to me it would behoove each of us to fight our own battles rather than calling folks 'hypocrites' and raising the sleazy specter of a lawsuit anytime we feel we have been offended. I trust I have made myself clear on this, because I don't have much truck with Bulls or Bears who fire lawsuit shots all over the place. |
