well this isn't chump change for HIM...although it is for the company. the larger question is how is he managing the company when $3.5m of his own money is at stake? oh course, I have no doubt the board will forgive the loan or suddenly grant him a "bonus" of $5m so as to keep him out the poor house. Oh to be in the "club" . the world IS different for you and I....
