It's hard to indict the rich and powerful but it does happen. DeLay could still be indicted (they did gather up his evil minions after all so who knows what those Texans are up to) and Limbaugh even had to have the ACLU(LOL) complain about his medical records. If Rush WERE THAT powerful, no one would ever have found out about his 'doctor shopping', illegal drug use and money laundering. He's not THAT powerful. Heck, he couldn't even keep his latest 'wife' around to pretend that he's not gay. I'm still waiting for Rush and Matt Drudge to run off to a blue state and get married. :)
