Its certainly a possible declining consolidation. Completely still up in the air. Above 1580 and the declining wedge becomes the favoured, below 1560 and the breakout fails.

Just for the record this is very much a "wiggly" discussion, but in this case it may mean a larger trend change so I will tolerate it and not ban myself.-g

But just so you know Ray (and this ain't directed at you specifically), charts below hourlies are are not usually allowed.
