Gersh, they've backed all of our imperialistic policies after huffing and puffing enough to make the disenfranchised think they had a say in whatever we decided would be their future. They even voted for some Iraq Resolutions when they had to know Bush and Powell were lying through their teeth. The headquarters is located in which third world country? Who runs the Security Council and always has?

The evidence is there for anyone to see. This is a cleverly masked part of our foreign policy arm as we try to extend American hegemony on those who are trying to avoid our total dominance.
