The article is politically motivated. Are teachers "the higher class"? It just seems that the teachers just want to start the school and bring things back to normal. It is a different matter that Kuppuswamy has not been given an alternative. Or we are not told that side of story. Anyway, is that the worst thing they could find about the aid? And everyone knows how the "activists" are looking for such stories.
