Note that strong jobs tomorrow will probably not be good for gold even though it would be good for "inflation alarmists". As I have said, rising treasury yields has tended to be quite bad for gold.>>

We didn't get strong jobs, and the official (HO HO HO) inflation numbers will be "tame" this month due to flat energy prices and mild weather. PPI is out at the end of the month, that may trigger some "Fed-will-pause" thoughts from the lemmings....
