Dorsey Wright issued a Bear Alert on Oil Services group 2 weeks ago, just prior to their recent run up - may be those O's & X's not falling in the right place at that time :) However, many retail brokers use it because one of my friend's Paine Webber broker told him not to buy TMAR at 24-25, based on this alert ... costed my friend 4 pt run up.

LU - IBD's daily industry report showing Telecom equip is sliding in ranking slowly but steadily ... I found that ranking worth watching ... 3-4 weeks ago it showed metal pipe & tube is climbing in ranking, I couldn't find out what are in that group until lately - well they have gained 30-40% in this period and more remarkedly, during the brief sell-off of drillers, this group stood still.
