NY Times: FDA briefly posted approval on website New Form of Breast Cancer Drug Approved By ANDREW POLLACK At the bottom of the article it states: ...."A company spokesman said the stock rose because the F.D.A. briefly posted the approval on its Web site before removing it."... nytimes.com
