If you've said something she doesn't like but can't attack rationally, she will set up a straw man that she then proceeds to knock down while claiming it was your argument. Somehow I have real trouble picturing you approving of torture. Apparently Granny doesn't. But I do consider your friendship with X a serious perversion. Maybe one of these days I'll even forgive it. :-)
