"Formerly there were two species of Citizens Utilities, CZN.A &
CZN.B. To recall it, Citizens Class B may have paid a cash dividend
at some point instead of the stock dividend paid by the Class A
issue and the current incarnation. In any case, Class A and Class B
shares have merged into one species..."

Are we talking utility stock here or Sci-fi Theater 3000? At any rate for a lot of us shareholders it has been a matter of a gradual evolution from two species to no specie. And always some fool like the one who contacted me a month ago about joining a lawsuit, expecting my private phone number without so much as letting out a clue as to what it's all about. Suers are losers. Robert Drach announced a slow buy into Citizens in early July. Blood is running.
