I don't think its possible to secure all the borders. It just isn't possible. Hans Blix was the HEAD GUY over there and he said during his book tour he was shocked we didn't find more than the few weapons that went off. He went onto say he was SURE they had them. I remember when Blix was the only man ever quoted by people who didn't like Bush....until he later said he was SURE Iraq had WMD.
