No, GST it is not a fact. Unless you have some secret source that permits you and you alone to properly quantify the danger, it is not a fact, it is your opinion, based on who knows what.

That Al Qaeda wishes to attack the US, now's there's a fact. That they Al Qaeda has trained with chemical weapons, another fact. That Al Qaeda plots to poison water supplies with ricin have been uncovered in Europe, another fact. What it all adds up to in terms of the risk that Al Qaeda will manage another attack in an American city, perhaps with poisons or biological agents, I do not know. It is greater than zero, for sure. I live my life too, but I don't go around pretending that the threat is non-existent, just because I wish to believe it, and don't call my wishes "facts" either.
