You & Truthseeker seem to have serious problems with assimilating and comprehending information I post. That may be why you two knuckleheads repeatedly make fools of yourselves, most recently your arguments on behalf of Elgindy, re: Mercy & donations.

Now you've decided to make a fool of yourself acting as an apologist for Tony in regards to MTHO. So be it.

You posted: Replying to Dobry's "The MTHO was used by terrorists, so because Tony gave money to them he must be a terrorist" argument is exactly the same as my "Everything that is red isn't a firetruck but it wasn't a firetruck anyhow" - let me point a couple things wrong from jumpstreet.

1) "Dobry" has NOTHING to do with Tony Elgindy's actions.
2) Tony did not "give" money to MTHO. He was an "agent" of MTHO and "took" money on behalf of MTHO, an al Qeada ops in the Balkans. The donations in question were from SI Members he scammed into believing were to be used for humanitarian aid but were actually used to finance the transport of KLA members into the USA. Tony was assisted in this venture by former (R) Senator Abraham, who was a recipient of campaign contributions from the AMC. Tony's brother Khaled is/was an agent of the AMC. So the idea that Tony was scammed into donating money to MTHO is not only incorrect, its revisionist history. Tony was a self-proclaimed "agent" of the terrorist front and his brother was an agent of AMC, that contributed to Abraham's political campaigns.

You & Bill want to revise history so it reflects that Tony simply donated to charities he had no idea were fronts financing terrorism. In truth, Tony was an agent of MTHO soliciting donations, not making them.

As for his donation to Mercy International, you first concured with Truthseeker that Tony's donation was to al-Qadi's Mercy-USA (Mercy International doing business with an assumed name) -regardless that it was pointed out to you Breen defined the Mercy Tony donated to as a "Saudi" charity.

Apparently after researching al-Qadi and doing the DD suggested to you, you came to understand that Mercy USA was still al-Qadi. At that point you went 180 degrees and concured with Tony that he made "no donation".

Again, it was pointed out to you that the AUSA was investigating his donation to al-Qadi's "Saudi" Mercy International.

I went further. I informed you of Khaled Elgindy being an agent of the IIRO In 1998, the time of the bombing of an US Embassy in East Africa financed by Mercy International. I informed you of the money ties between IIRO and Mercy International. If Bill had read them, he'd see how his/your last apologist defense of Tony (he was an innocent guy making a donation to scammy charity) has no merit. Khaled, his brother, was an agent of the IIRO. So, what you suggest is that Tony's brother scammed him into making the donation to Mercy. Seeing Tony's father sets up fronts for terrorists (Salah) and seeing Khaled was an agent of IIRO during the time of the Mercy Embassy bombing, how can a rational person compare a donation made by Tony to a donation made by an individual or entity that is not an agent of the bogus charities?
Your arguments fall apart when you're forced to include info you purposely leave out. Khalid Elgindy was a member of the Executive Board of the American Muslim Council (AMC) that included Sami Al-Arian (indicted as secret leader of the Palestinian Jihad - 2/23) and Abdulrahman Alamoudi (arrested at Dulles International Airport 9/03, time Tony stopped posting on SI). Ibrahim Elgindy, Tony's father was on the boards of Benevolence International and Global Relief in Chicago (both shut down for funding terrorism). at University

You guys are stretching if you think the average charity donation is made by a guy with Tony's ties to terrorism. You'll have to do much better to absolve Tony.

Replying to Dobry's "The MTHO was used by terrorists, so because Tony gave money to them he must be a terrorist" argument is exactly the same as my "Everything that is red isn't a firetruck but it wasn't a firetruck anyhow" example. Yes, it's important to continually set the record straight, but keep in mind that Dobry's mind just isn't capable of handling anything more complicated than something akin to "If it isn't black it must be white", and then only on a "good" day ;^).
