The times on the chart are UTC -- Universal Co-ordinated Time or GMT -- Greenwich Mean Time, which is four hours before EST (New York local time).

Maybe, but the coincidence to two major (possibly three), definable events cannot be discounted. And as we have discussed previously, the gravitational collapse of the buildings on their own cannot produce a seismic vibration comparable to those which were seen. I cannot say whether geological phenomena can produce short, sharp spikes of magnitude 2.1-2.3, and similar to those which were seen and therefore I have to abide by the opinion of the geophysicists at Palisades who considered them to be similar to others of man-made origin.
