Yes, Mario Pino has been in and around various scams for a few years. The failure of the SEC to stop the egregious misleading news releases does nto reflect well on their staff.

The Pearlasia/Dominion of Melchizedek connection is likely to be his undoing - the US Treasury fraud squad has them firmly in their sights again. The potential for money laundering fars outweighs the giggle factor and the US Treasury does have arrest powers.

Maybe the US Treasury's interest will stimulate the SEC to take action soon.
