Jeff, Pugs was not involved in any of Elgindy's travails at all - except when you and Tony tortiously interfered with his art career, contacted his art dealers in different cities to quash exhibitions of his art, his first amendment rights and his right to make a living. Other than the lawsuits you and Tony threatened Pugs and his art dealers with, Pugs has no involvement with Tony at all, particularly with the actions related to Tony's criminal enterprise or your defense of Tony on SI. Yet, you wish to make Pugs key to the Elgindy criminal enterprise and Tonys ties to terrorism. The ONLY ties I see are the torts you and Tony committed to quash Pugs free speech and destroy his career.

The "flaws" here are yours. You didn't understand al-Qadi was still running Mercy's ops. Once you recognized your "flaw" you echoed Tony in his claim he never made a donation, even though Breen, the AUSA, disclosed Tony was being investigated for the donation he made to the Saudi-based/al-Qadi Mercy.
You and Bill were also under the impression that Tony donated to MTHO and was hoodwinked by the al Qeada front. That too is "flawed". Tony informed SI members he was an "agent" of MTHO and was TAKING MONEY (donations) from SI members, not GIVING. Another "flaw" is that you, Bill & Truthseeker purposely left out information regarding Tony's brother being an agent of IIRO that was financing the Embassy bombings in Africa with Mercy International. Its FLAWED to compare Tony's $6 million Mercy donation to a guy legitimately scammed into donating to an al qeada front. One has to believe then that Tony's brother Khaled scammed his brother Tony into the Mercy donation. It is also flawed that you disregard that forming fronts for financing terrorism was a family affair. Its flawed for you to purposely disregard that Tony's father Ibrahim formed finance fronts for global terrorist Salah and was an executive board member of both Global Relief and Benevolence, both shut down by the feds for financing terrorism.
You guys use Pugs as a device because it is you that can't get any leverage defending Tony. Tony's criminal enterprise operated on SI and you assisted Tony then as you do now, moreso subversively, but out in the open as well, as you are now. You appear to have no footing and can't find anyway to successfully plead Tony's case. You have opted to use Pugs as your messenger and to kill the messenger with mud slinging and disparagement. The problem is, you look like apologists. Everyone recognizes you as an apologist. Everyone knows you ran your own stock promotions web-site profiling junk issues as news while bashing junk issues on message boards. That's a flaw. It demonstrates irrevocably you are a hypocrite. Most have come to know about the webfraud3's extra-cirricular activities, associations and "flaws". Its your credibility being questioned, IMO as you frantically attempt to assist Tony by disparaging Pugs, who HAS NO INVOLVEMENT WHATESOEVER IN TONY'S CRIMINAL/TERROR ACTIONS other than the torts you & Tony committed against him interfering with his art career.
