Thanks. In other words the system is supposed to be reformed, but it is taking a while, as might be expected when market-makers can get additional profits by shaving trades. The SEC ought to levy a few fines. Or someone start a class-action suit.

I think Joe (in his growly way)is talking about how it's been up till now.

I could sure use a nice 6% drop in the S&P tomorrow to put my option in the money before it expires. Anyone know how we can manage it?
