Its low class. They can cause billions of dollars in damage. For example - lets say I go blow someones head off - what kind of value does the civil court put on the head of that person when I'm sued? A million, 10 million, 50 million? And how long do I go away for for intentionally killing the guy?

Now, take the f*ckin punk who creates a worm that does several hundred million dollars damage to systems around the world. How much do they actually pay and how long do they go to prison for?

The courts have a monetary amount ot go on but the punishment doesn't reflect that amount at all
