I think tort reform to a degree is fine. I'm not sure we can allow people to sue the drug companies for policies that the US govt allowed. I felt the same way about the states going after cigarette companies. The govt didn't oversee....they overlooked. How can we hold the companies responsible. Maybe we should sue the feds for withholding information or jail politicians for allowing this BS to go on. They knew it wasn't good for people.

I don't blame Clinton for anything more than he should be. He played a hand in easing FDA standards and he played a MAJOR role in OBL being free when Bush took office. 9 months into his admin Bush was suppose to fix everything that Clinton Botched? No way. This is a group effort and there are 435 @$$holes in Washington selling us out every day
