Alex, it is not just the Capex in Malaysia that will prevent a play for Arakis, but they also need to start moving on A-5 in Sudan over the next 18 months or they may lose the concession. Oh mighty scourge of the OVIS CARTEL... <bg> Not to mention the Falklands and RSO's Libya play, and I believe that Sands has some North Sea plates in the air as well. Still, the rumor mill should provide some interesting fodder next week. Lets see, what was Sands average cost for AKSEF shares - $4.05? I also have some concerns about how the stock will trade, but it seems it would be foolish for them to give up Canadian and US exposure, and so I hope that they will seek listing on both. I've never run across this situation before so I don't know how its handled. ABACF has been on my radar for a while, I don't think it will bottom again at 2, but 2-1/2 is not impossible. Alex
