The system has been in place for 50 years! You think it failed?
It is still not broken! Just needs a little tweeking :)
Rural Canada, may have a issue with doctors but it is being addressed. Nothing is perfect :)
Like I said before, some EU countries have a more efficient model but it is still based on the Canadian model.

With all the wealth that America posses, there is absolutely no reason for a single person to be with out health care.
Is this Americas experiment?
