Hamas et al do not speak for the Palestinians Hamas is polling about 30% support right now. Plus, the majority of Palestinians favor suicide bombing. You don't need majority support when you use a gun to do your talking. Remember early in the campaign, when there was an attempt on Abu Mazen's life? That was a warning. The Palestinians are who they are, not who you wish them to be so that you can lay all the blame for the failure of every talk on Israel. Michael is spot-on when he says that the Pals always want the deal they could have had before they started and lost the last war.
