"Cannot get care promptly at home". Like I said people want everything the same day. Go to the U.S. It's kinda like Americans come up here for their prescriptions. We as Canadians are all covered and if it is emergent you will be treated quickly. America has millions of people with 0 insurance, millions more with very limited coverage. Nothing is perfect!
