Hi Carl, remember the bulls are still in heat and have not given up the ship yet - they outnumber us bad news bears. They will have to be hammered a few more times before they give up / also some more bears will probably have to capitulate. If we see a down open and start bottoming I am going in for some calls oex & sox, for a short term trade. Sew is very good.

Many bulls will call the correction over like they did the last time we hit 7600 Dow. I don't know if the Asian news will sink in that deeply. Overvaluation/earnings warnings/29/87 parallels yadda yadda yadda haven't meant anything to the bulls, they will just rationalize off Asia also for the time being anyway. They still are skipping along with Goldilocks - except now they've wandered to far off in the woods where bobby beara's hanging out ready to PUT their head on a tree stump -ggg-

To all: a test to 900 Spx and a suckers rally to 920-30 would fit in the 87 and 29' pattern by these two prognasticators (Which would fit right in with Sew's tech analysis.)
