Yes sir. Russia, without empire, client states, leverage, will have to compete with the rest of the world, and its infrastructure (economy, legal, social) is not really up to the task at this point. Can Putin release the country from central control in everything except political freedom (a la South Korea, Singapore), or will it just be another waning dictatorship?
