Yes. (although, as I've said several times: after WW II the use of military tribunals for the purpose of sorting out POW status was just fine.)

I've told you OVER and OVER: the administration and the pentagon officially say THEY HAVE NOT DONE THIS! (You can dream it... but it doesn't make it so!)

Doesn't matter what you see or don't see: it's what the TREATY REQUIRES. (The language is explicit.)
