I don't see any requirement in the treaty that requires a timely adjudication of status either. My point is still regardless of their adjudication, these people cannot challenge their detentions. The adjudication process only determines if they are POWs or illegal combatants, not whether they can challenge their detentions in US courts. No matter how the adjudication came out, no foreigner should be able to use our taxpayer funded court system.
