You have missed the point. You aren't going to know for sure you have a terrorist until after the fact. You will inevitably torture some innocents on your quest to torture the guilty. You may want to live that way- but our founding fathers were reacting against the star chamber. I realize you may not consider our protections that important anymore, because your safety is more important. I will never agree with that, since I do not consider your safety, or mine, important enough to overturn our constitutional protections.
