The biggest problem in Canada appears to be that they ration health care. It is not from the desire to prevent people from being well. The ration is due to the simple supply and demand curve. When The price for medical doctors is low the demand is high. Low wages for medical providers causes constricted supply. Infinite demand with low supply and a fixed price implies shortages. This is what Canada is experiencing.

Anyone who took Economics 101 understands the problem. You didn't even have to pass the course to understand enough to diagnose Canada's problem. Price controls did not work for Nixon, they are not working for Canada.
