I see a new set of terrorist targets emerging on February 1, the newly elected government officials.

Since these were elected rather than appointed by us it will be perceived differently in the Arab world. They will do some of this, but if it is major you will see the Kurds and the Shias pretty well wipe out the Sunnis in a civil war.

I think the Iraqi armed forces are about 6 months away from being effective.
