Jeff, be accountable for your actions for crissakes. John Emshwiller devoted an entire chapter in one of his books debunking one of your lies. And disparaging Pugs every time you're confronted with your lies, your torts, your acts, does not absolve you them. In fact, using pugs as a device to deliver you from evil is demonstrative of the webfraud3. Thats probably why you settled on the BW fraud complaint, you couldn't use your Pugs-did-it defense in a court of law. ;0)

You were sued for fraud, remember? If discovery ever happened, a court would've learned that you OWNED & OPERATED YOU VERY OWN WEBSITE TOUTING JUMK ISSUES AS NEWS JUST LIKE BW!! YOU SETTLED BECAUSE YOU WOULD HAVE LOST. THE "JOKE" WAS TRYING TO DEFEND YOUR ACTIONS WHILE DOING THE EXACT SAME THING BUSINESSWIRE WAS DOING! You couldn't do discovery with your website out there profiling junk issues as news. Who are you kidding?
Its the same here. You can't defend your actions so you don't. You disparage Pugs instead.

The fact is you lied about Dan. You choose to disparage Pugs instead of retracting the lie and apologizing. Your claim it was a superflous statement doesn't cut it. You're a chronic liar. You simply have your webfraud3 to change topics for you and disparage anyone confronting you with it.
