You might recall that I inquired before I assumed, though I think it was reasonable to think, given your previous statements, that you might be ready to defend CBS.

You're not, OK. End of discussion, though I disagree with your notion that the story was simply rushed. Even a cursory reading of the report's executive summary suggests otherwise. Plus, the Acccuracy In Media report I linked blows a huge hole into the idea. But this point of disagreement is not worth spending to much time on, so on to something else.
