The rumblings against Syria are probably a warning to not interfere with the 1/31 elections in Iraq. Will Syria call W's bluff? Maybe not a bluff at all. Cool, very cool, way to deal with Syria. The Boy Dictator is sweating his butt off, particularly as he probably canot fully control what the former Iraqi Baathists he has given sanctuary do to promote the insurgency. His ass is therefore in a grinder. His first real test. Love it.
