I saw two police officers at a Starbucks and asked them about TASR. They were carrying TASR's and said they liked them and wanted them. One of the officers said he has pulled his TASR on several occasions but once the person saw the laser beam on their body, they gave up and he did not have to use it.

Both of the officers were TASR'd as part of their training. With all of the police officers TASR'd during training, you would think there is a pretty good case for it's non-lethal stance. In addition, the Chief of Police and the head of the NAACP took TASR hits live on T.V. and both were OK. When the head of the NAACP was asked what he had to say, he said one word.."comply".

I think this is way overdone. The sale in question was $1mil. This is not an Enron/Worldcom level problem but it sure is hitting the stock as if it were.

For all of you stock market veterans, who would be buying the 51 million shares that has traded hands so far today? Surely it can't be all retail.
